Our 30-day refund policy reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction and our belief in the quality of our services.

Eligibility for Refund

The following services are eligible for our 30-day refund policy:

  • Initial consultation and assessment fees
  • Software licensing fees (first month)
  • Training program fees
  • Subscription services (first billing cycle)

To be eligible, you must request the refund within 30 days of the service start date or payment date, whichever is later.

Services Not Covered

The following services are not eligible for refund due to the custom nature of the work involved:

  • Custom development work that has been completed and delivered
  • Data migration services after data has been transferred
  • Third-party software licenses or services procured on your behalf
  • Implementation milestones that have been formally accepted
  • Services provided more than 30 days prior to the refund request

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact your Account Manager - Reach out to your dedicated account manager or contact our support team to discuss your concerns.
  2. Submit a Written Request - Send an email to admin@intellierp.digital with your company name, service details, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Review Process - Our team will review your request within 5 business days and may reach out for additional information.
  4. Resolution - Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Our Resolution Process

Before processing a refund, we will:

  • Understand the specific issues or concerns you've experienced
  • Offer solutions or alternatives that may address your needs
  • Provide additional training or support if appropriate
  • Work with you to achieve a satisfactory outcome

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be appropriate. This applies when some services have been satisfactorily delivered while others have not met expectations. The refund amount will be calculated based on the services that did not meet our quality standards or your requirements.

Annual Subscription Cancellations

For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day period, a prorated refund may be available based on the remaining months in your subscription term. Early termination fees may apply as specified in your service agreement.
